Train the Trainer for Managers
The original CATALYST’S 4 Team Performance™ programme was designed as a Train the Trainer programme for a large international company. There are a number of key benefits in taking the Train the Trainer approach:
- It accelerates and deepens the commitment of the managers to the tools and frameworks.
- It fosters collaboration and mutual support across the organisation.
